The IIC will take place at: Xcel Leisure Centre, Mitchell Avenue, Coventry, CV4 8DY.
Please note that neither the venue, ITF Union England, nor the organising Committee will be responsible for any injury that might occur during the course. It is essential that participants have all necessary insurances to cover themselves for all activities undertaken during the course and stay in the UK.

A banquet will be held on Saturday 15th November to provide an opportunity to meet and talk with the Grand Masters and Masters in a relaxed atmosphere for all participants and family. More information the dinner will be available in due course.
Registration for the IIC will take place prior to the commencement of the course on both days.

The IIC will include the following programme and content: Patterns from Chon-Ji to Tong-Il; Step sparring; Self-defence; Sparring; Pad Work, Certification and ITF Union International Instructor Qualification for IV degree and above; and Promotion tests up to VIII degree with the approval of the individual’s National Governing Body and ITF, where necessary.

Provisional registrations for the IIC will be held for ten days.
Early bird price ends on 15th September 2025.
Once payment has been received your registration will be confirmed.
You will receive confirmation to email address supplied when applying for a place on the IIC.
The closing date for the receipt of applications including relevant payments is 2nd November 2025.
Applications received after this date may not be accepted.
No refunds can be made once places have been confirmed, unless the event is cancelled.

There will be an opportunity for participants to test for degree promotion.

Those wishing to do so must send the appropriate application form, letter of approval from the appropriate National Association/Dojang, thesis (for 4th Degree) at least one month before the test date to the ITF Union England office: itfuengland@gmail.com
Pay the appropriate fees in advance of the grading.
No spectators are permitted to attend the degree promotion tests.
The candidate may be accompanied by their instructor.
The following rules apply throughout the IIC:•
Participants must wear a White Dobok which must be a clean and ironed;
• Before each session participants must line up to welcome the Grand Masters and Masters;
• After each session participants remain in place until the Grand Masters and Masters leave the training hall;
• Participants must act according to the tenets of Taekwon-Do;
• Participants standing at ease must assume ready stance with their hands behind their back always;
• Participants sitting at ease must cross their legs and never show the soles of their feet to the Grand Masters and Masters;
• Participants are permitted to ask questions but, in all cases, they should stand up, bow and assume a ready stance with their hands behind their back when asking questions;
• No spectators are permitted in the training hall during the IIC;
• Filming and photography are only permitted with the prior approval of the President / IIC Instructor
• The IIC certificate of participation will only be issued to those who have completed the full course.
